In a corner of the city that looks ordinary but is full of hidden stories, lives a simple man named Dodo Rozak. He is not a brave or intelligent main character in ordinary stories. Dodo is a father with intellectual disabilities, who is often not understood by the world. But behind his innocent behavior, there is hidden extraordinary affection for the only treasure he has, his daughter, Kartika. For Dodo, Kartika is everything. And for little Kartika, her father is a world hero even though he only sells balloons.

But fate is sometimes too cruel for a sincere heart. One day, their world collapsed suddenly. Dodo was accused of committing a crime that he could not even understand, namely raping and killing a small child, the daughter of a high-ranking official. In his limitations, he could not explain anything, could only nod and obey the pressure that came one after another. Without a fair process, Dodo was thrown into prison. It was there, in Cell Number 7, that the dark chapter of the love story of a father and daughter began.

At first, the prisoners looked at Dodo with hatred and suspicion. But over time, they saw another side that the media didn't show. Dodo was gentle, innocent, and never hurt anyone. He even dared to risk himself for others. Slowly, the cold cell turned into a warm place. The prisoners who were initially stubborn now became family, even conspiring in a secret mission to smuggle Kartika into prison, for one irreplaceable hug. When that happened, the prison walls became silent witnesses to the small laughter and warm hugs between father and daughter, a small miracle born of pure love. 

Time continues to pass, the wounds remain. Kartika grows into a mature woman, carrying childhood wounds that she nurses in silence. She chooses the path of life as a lawyer, not to prove herself, but for one mission: to clear her father's name. She never believed that Dodo was guilty and that determination is what drives her to break through the walls of the legal system that used to silence the truth.

In the silent courtroom, Kartika stands to represent a voice that was never given the chance to speak. One by one, the lies were exposed, and finally, justice was served. But sadly, justice came too late. Dodo Rozak had already been executed. He left in silence, carrying an endless longing for his child.

Now, Kartika stands in front of her father's grave, holding a decree stating that her father is not guilty. Her tears are not just sorrow, but a mixture of relief, sadness, and pride. The world finally knows who Dodo really is, not a criminal as he was once accused of being, but an extraordinary father who, although imperfect, loves her wholeheartedly and unconditionally.
